SHIPPING

Drifta EU is based in the Czech Republic, and we ship all orders from Rtyně v Podkrkonoší.

We work with the shipping companies GLS, DPD, TNT, and UPS. Their shipping rates are based on weight, which integrates well with our shopping cart system. Each EU country has different shipping rates.

To check the shipping cost for your country, please use the shipping calculator or add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. Click the View Cart button to see the list of products and the price summary. Next to the total price, you will see the shipping estimator. The shipping cost is always displayed during checkout before you finish your order, so please feel free to proceed to checkout, enter your address, and review the final shipping cost.

If your country is not listed, or if you are unable to complete the purchase due to shipping restrictions, please contact us via chat or email at info@drifta.eu. We will be happy to assist you and find the best shipping solution.

We can ship parcels weighing up to 30 kg. If the total weight exceeds this limit, we will either split the shipment into two parcels or use TNT, which allows shipments of up to 50 kg. In such cases, we will contact you directly.

Orders are usually shipped the next business day after the order is placed. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please also check your spam folder if you do not see the email.

PAYMENTS

We offer 3 payment methods on the Drifta EU website, Comgate (payment via visa/mastercard), PayPal and direct bank transfer.
– If you have a PayPal account, checkout with this payment method is very easy. You will be directed on your PayPal account and just confirm the Payment. If you don’t have an account with PayPal you can proceed the payment with entering your credit card.
– If you choose bank transfer you will get all the information where to send the money in your order confirmation email. We will send the products out after we receive the payment.
– The company Drifta Europe trading is registered for VAT so if you want to pay without VAT contact us and we will send you an invoice.
– UK and Swiss are not getting charged VAT at the checkout page. In most cases the customers will get charged import fees and local VAT.

RETURNS/WARRANTY

If you wish to return a product there is no problem as long the product will be postad back within a week from delivery, unused and in original packaging. Drifta EU will not cover the return shipping costs and money will be refunded after the product will be inspected. Warranty claims will be resolved in 30 days once products recieved.
Warranty is from law 2 years in the EU.

GDPR

Data entered during order process (personal information) will be keept stored in the webpage database. If you wish that this data will be removed please let us know. During order process your will be able to create an account. That way you will have an overview over your orders that you have placed on www.drifta.eu This account can be removed as well if you want to do that.
