We currently ship to all countries within the European Union. If you are located outside the EU, please contact us before placing an order to confirm availability and costs.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

  • EU Countries: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier service.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs vary based on your location and the weight & size of your order. The exact cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
  • Please allow up to 1 day for the tracking information to update as the parcel needs to be scanned 1st by the currier to show any information. 

Returns and Refunds

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item.
