Refund policy
At Drifta EU, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with EU consumer law, we provide a clear and transparent returns and refunds process.
Returns are processed through our EU returns facility.
If you initiate your return through our self-service returns portal, the return address and instructions will be provided during the return process to ensure correct and timely processing.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your items, without providing a reason. This applies to both EU and international orders. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Withdrawal
You can initiate a return or withdrawal directly through our self-service returns system by clicking the "Withdraw from Contract" link available in the website footer or by logging into your customer account and selecting the relevant order.
Eligible orders can be returned through your customer account. Orders that have not yet been fulfilled may also be cancelled directly from your account.

3. Return Address
Returns are processed through our EU returns facility.
The return address will be provided after your return request is approved to ensure correct and timely processing. In most cases, the address is the same as our distribution address: MW Park, 17. listopadu 220, 549 41 Červený Kostelec, Czech Republic.
4. Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a full refund, returned items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging with all labels attached
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover return shipping costs or reimburse them once the issue is confirmed.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- The refund includes the original standard outbound shipping cost (if applicable)
