The Canvas wheel cover bag is revolutionary in its design thanks to the internal removable PVC liner. Many use their Wheel bag as a rubbish bag. This PVC liner makes it easy to empty your rubbish and get the liner washed. The liner is sewn together so keep in mind it is not 100% waterproof. The liner attaches via Velcro to the canvas walls. The plastic buckle on the top prevents the bag from sagging down. A valance is covering the zip for better waterproofing.
